Neurotypicalism is a life-long disorder. People who are neurotypicalistic are capable of learning independently, fending for themselves, and developing peer relationships; however, these capabilities often result in apparent insensitivity to the strengths and needs of the non-neurotypicalistic population, as well as poor communication skills (which this group refers to as good communication skills).
